These terms cover "Lamha Uploader", the internal tool of the Lamha channel, operated by Muhammad Ajmal (muhammadajmalkharal@gmail.com).

1. YouTube Terms

Lamha Uploader uses YouTube API Services. By using it you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms) and acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy.

2. Use

The tool is for the private use of the Lamha channel owner only. It uploads the channel's own videos and reads the channel's own statistics. It is not offered, sold or licensed to anyone else.

3. Content

Every uploaded video must follow the YouTube Community Guidelines and copyright rules. The channel owner is responsible for all uploaded content.

4. Data

Data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Access can be revoked at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

5. No warranty

The tool is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind.
